New student pre-registration
To attend PGUSD schools, a student must live within the district boundary.
If you are new to PGUSD please complete the New Student Pre-Registration Form (Pre-Registation does not guarantee placement) for the appropriate school.

Note: These preliminary school registration forms are intended to be completed for NEW STUDENTS ONLY. Please DO NOT complete these forms if your student(s) has/have been attending PGUSD schools or if you have already completed this form for the 2023-24 or 2024-25 school year. If you have multiple children who will be attending PGUSD schools for the first time either this (2023-24) or next (2024-25) school year, please complete one form per student.
Pre-Registation (forms above) does not guarantee placement, official online registration and annual verification will open on Monday, May 15 2023 using the Synergy ParentVUE Online Registration (OLR) platform. New parents will receive instructions for activating their new ParentVUE accounts and will be able to complete the official online registration form once registration officially opens. Only one parent per household needs to complete and submit the OLR form for their child/children.

Registration for the 2024-25 school year will officially open on May 1, 2024. At that time, you can log into your Synergy ParentVUE portal to complete online registration.
Current parents/guardians should already have a Synergy ParentVUE account on record. Only one parent/guardian (i.e. the primary contact) per household completes and submits an online registration form for each child in the household through the ParentVUE Online Registration Portal. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to confirm access to ParentVUE before online registration officially opens. Registration Approval Process
Copies of important documents are required to be uploaded as part of online registration. In addition to two forms of proof of residency (e.g. renters/lease agreement, mortgage statement, property tax bill, and/or utility bill), immunization records and/or student transcripts may also be required depending on your child's next grade level. We encourage you to have these documents on hand before starting online registration.

Registration forms and accompanying uploaded documents will be reviewed and approved by the school’s front office staff as they are submitted. We ask that you complete and submit online registration promptly. This will give the office staff time to process/approve your forms and contact you before the end of this school year if there are any questions about your registration. If you have questions about the 2024-25 online registration process, you may contact your school's front office.
