ARRIVAL/PICK-UP TIMES

Children should not arrive at school before 8:30 am as there is no adult supervision.  All students should go home immediately following the dismissal bell.  Students arriving before 8:30 (9:55 for late birds), or not picked up 15 minutes after the dismissal bell will be sent to daycare for supervision. Parents/Guardians will be charged $10.00 per hour (or any fraction thereof) for emergency daycare services.  Charges for emergency daycare services are due and payable on the day of the occurrence.

VISITORS & VOLUNTEERS

A few things to remember: 

1. Whether you come on campus to visit, volunteer or simply drop lunch off in your child’s backpack it is a requirement that all volunteers and visitors sign in at the office and wear a visitor sticker.  It is also important to remember to sign out when you actually are leaving campus.  Please do not put in a departure time when you are signing in.  Please remember that these procedures are for your safety as well as the safety of our students and staff.
2. If you would like to observe your child’s classroom you need to schedule an appointment with the teacher.  Drop in observations are disruptive to the classroom.
