Regular Board Meetings shall be adjourned by 10:00 pm, unless extended to a specific time determined by a majority of the Board.This meeting may be extended no more than once and may be adjourned to a later date.

Recommendation: (Robin Blakley) approve Middle School SIP plan budget revision
as proposed

surplus and authorize sale and disposal in accordance with Board Policy 3270
as noted

*J.Acceptance of Quarterly Investment Report

County Treasurer

*K.Approval of Memorandum of Understanding North Monterey County Unified
School District, Carmel Unified School District & Pacific Grove Unified School
District to Participate in Perkins Act Funding

*L.Approval of Revision to 2001/02 Forest Grove SIP Plan and Related Budget

SIP plan and related budget.

*N.Award of Technology Consultant Contract for Middle School Modernization

and education code and supply the administration with direction regarding the
assumption of liability for student's field trips

*B.Approval of Notice of Completion and Change Order #5 for High School Modernization
Recommendation: (Robin Blakley)approve change order #5 and authorize
Filing of the Notice of Completion.

*C.Board Priorities
Recommendation: (Patrick Perry) approve the list of priorities as presented.

*D.Award of Consultant/Survey Contract for Middle School Modernization
Recommendation: (Robin Blakley) award the consultant contract to WWD
Corporation at proposed

*E.Award of Consultant/Asbestos Inspection Contract for Middle School Modernization
Recommendation: (Robin Blakley) award the consultant contract to ATC Associates
Inc. as proposed

*F.Approval of Allocation of Funds to High School Landscaping Project
Recommendation: (Patrick Perry) the Board support the High School proposal
and allocate the $9375.00 for their landscaping project.
