The District has upgraded it's email system to Microsoft Exchange Server. In addition to the current email and webmail features we now use, district employees will be able to take advantage of additional features. These include: Group emails, Personal Calendars, School Site Calendars, document storage, and more.

Information on the use of these features will be made available here and during staff trainings.

There is a great website at the Worchester Polytechnic Institute describing for their students how to use the features of Exchange Server. Keep in mind that our screens may look a little different and we will use just your username and password instead of full-email-address and password to login. Also, DO NOT contact WPI for information on your PGUSD email account. I include this link because it has lots of notes and screen shots to tell you how to use the Exchange Server and the WebMail known as "Outlook Web Access" or OWA.
