May 2004 Board Decision to not build new facility but to relocate to David Avenue site.
Sept - Oct 2004 Preparation of base drawings. Architect work with site committee to develop project "Scope of Work."
Nov 2004 Board concurrence with "Scope of Work"
Nov 2004 Finalization of plans and submittal to State for approvals
Dec 2004 - Jan 2005 State Review/Revision/Authorization
Feb 2005 Board Authorization to Bid
March 2005 Project Bid
April 2005 Project Award (subject to funds availability)
May 2005 Preliminary construction work begins
June 2005 Major construction begins
August 2005 Major construction ends.
October 2005 Project completion
