2 weeks 5/26/2000 Architect/Engineer (A/E) completes tentative budget
1 week 6/6/2000 Site Committee approves modernization scope and budget
3 weeks June 19 - 23 District approves modernization scope and budget
1 week June 26 - 30 A/E begins Construction Documents
1 week July 3 - 7 A/E submits preliminary drawings to Calif Dept. Ed. (CDE)
8 weeks Aug. 28-31 District approves KA design development budget
3-4 months Nov. - Dec. A/E submits documents to DSA-plan check
  Nov. - Dec. A/E submits final drawings to CDE
Dec 2000 - Jan. 2001 CDE approval
Jan. - Feb. DSA approval
February Approved documents sent to OPSC with Owner prepared forms
February District approves final cost opinion, authorizes bid
February Out to bid
April Bid openings
April - May Board approval of bid results
May - June OPSC fund release
June Construction begins
6-7 months Dec 2001 - Jan. 2002 Construction complete - See Assumption #7
