1. PG Middle School
    Modernization

• Contract was awarded to Sanchez construction and work is complete.
• Project includes items such as replacing heating system, upgrading electric, re-roofing, repairing restrooms, and improving accessibility with walkways and an addition lift.
• Funding Measure A - $3.0 million.
  

2. Forest Grove
    Modernization Phase II

• Contract awarded to DMC construction – work began Summer 2003 and was completed Fall 2003.
• Project included work on classroom Building G and multipurpose room stage-includes items such as replacing heating system, upgrading electrical, repairing restrooms.
• Funding Measure A - $400,000.
  

3. Robert Down
    Modernization

• Contract was awarded to DMC Construction. Work began Summer 2004 and completed February 2005.
• Project included items such as replacing heating system, upgrading electrical, renovating restrooms, re-roofing, improving accessibility.
• Funding Measure A-$2.5million
  

4. PG High School
    Modernization Phase III

• Projects are being completed over two years. (2003/04 and 2004/05)
• Projects completed include replacing HS Gym bleachers, K/L wing lighting change, replace bell system, complete door/hardware upgrade, repair kitchen floor , library carpeting.
• Projects in process ( summer/fall 2005) include classroom floor covering, (Contractor - DMC) window repairs ( Contractor - Baptista) and exterior painting ( Contractor – Theodorapoulos).
• Funding Measure A - $800,000
  

5. Community HS

• Project design approved by State.
• Project includes remodeling of four classrooms at David Avenue school site.
• Construction contract awarded to Baptista - work in progress - Summer 2005.
• Funding Measure A-$200,000
