Minutes of the Special Meeting of February 28, 2004
The Board of Education of the Pacific Grove Unified School District held a special meeting on February 28, at the Pacific Grove Unified School District Office.
I. OPENING BUSINESS
A. Call to Order: 9:07 AM

Administrators Present: Patrick Perry, Superintendent
Robin Blakley, Asst Superintendent

D. Adoption of Agenda: MOTION (Niccum/Bray) to adopt agenda. Motion CARRIED 5 to 0
E. Identified closed session topics:
a. Personnel: The Board of Education will discuss possible amendments to the Superintendent’s contract
(before taking action on any amendment, the Board will return to Open Session and prior to voting,
public comment will occur).
b. Negotiations – conference with Labor Negotiators Patrick Perry and Robin Blakley regarding PGTA
contract.
c. Negotiations – Conference with Labor Negotiators Patrick Perry and Robin Blakley regarding CSEA contract
F. Public Comment on closed session: None
G. Adjourn to Closed Session: 9:10 AM
