The Board of Education of the Pacific Grove Unified School District held a meeting on August 11, 2005 at the District Office Conference Room.

II. COMMUNICATIONS
A. Written Communication
Beth Shammas shared information from Adam Ducker with the request that the Superintendent distribute the information to the Board of Education and the schools.
B. Public comment:
Linda Goulet noted that goals for the 2005-06 school year should consider communication, with a focus on improved relationships and trust. She also noted that a strategy to retain key staff should be developed.
Pat Godfrey addressed the Board as co-president of PGTA and echoed Linda Goulet’s thoughts.
