If after looking at the rates you decide that you should change plans, Laurel Peiffer is always here to help with that transition. You must do this prior to August 23rd in order to get the change into the August payroll. You may drop down in plan at any time (i.e. from I to II or III, or II to III). But, remember that if you want to move up in plans that can only be done during the November open reenrollment period.
