Pacific Grove Adult School Preschool Philosophy

The Pacific Grove Adult School Co-op Preschool is a parent participation preschool program for children ages three through kindergarten entry.  Our program is designed to create an environment that provides optimum opportunity for growth for both parent and child.  Physical, emotional, and social skills are developed through developmentally appropriate activities in art, music, science, and play.  Emphasis is on the development of the whole child.  It is our goal to acknowledge each child where he or she is upon entering preschool and taking them as far as they can go.  It is also paramount that children leave the Preschool feeling confident, capable, and knowing that school is a nice place to be – a place where they will be safe, valued and successful.
