| CONSENT ITEMS | The following consent items were approved: (1) Approval of Contract Services - Contract for Inclusion Aides; (2) Certificated Personnel Assignment Order No. 18; and (3) Classified Personnel Assignment Order No.17 |
| PUBLIC HEARINGS | Public Hearings regarding PGTA Contract Proposal 2002-2004, Management Employee Contract Proposal 2002-2004 and Confidential Employee Contract Proposal 2002-2004 were opened for comment. There was no comment from the public and the public hearing was declared closed. |
| AWARD OF THE HIGH SCHOOL PHASE II ROOFING CONTRACT | The Board approved awarding of the roofing contract to California Roofing and authorized signing by Superintendent or designee of all required contract documents and change orders, not to exceed 10% of the original contract. |

APPROVAL OF PGTA CONTRACT PROPOSAL FOR 2002/2004 |
The Board approved the proposed increase compensation of the PGTA employees by the equivalent of 6.98% (including the 0.6% previously agreed upon) with distribution as follows: a. 2.68% shall be placed on the salary schedule; b. increase to the "in lieu payment" to $5231.00; c. addition of steps V 13, VI 17, and VI 22 shall be added to the salary schedule and eligible employees moved to those new steps effective 7/1/02; and d. the District's contribution to dependent coverage shall be increased from $1000 to $2000/year effective 7/1/02. The 2003/04 increase of total compensation of PGTA employees by 3.13% effective July 1, 2003 was also approved. |

APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION AGREEMENT FOR 2002/2004 |
The Board approved the proposed increase total compensation of management personnel by a 6.98% increase of the salary schedule (including the 0.6% previously agreed to). For the 2003/04 school year the District will increase the management salary schedule by 3.13% effective July 1, 2003. |

The Board approved the proposed increase total compensation of confidential personnel by a 6.98% increase of the salary schedule (including the 0.6% previously agreed to). For the 2003/04 school year the District will increase the confidential salary schedule by 3.13% effective July 1, 2003. |
