Superintendent Outside Professional Activities
MOTION (Bray/Cameron) that the Board approve the Superintendent Outside Professional Activity and that we amend his contract language by the following addition: “If special circumstances require prior approval by the Board, the Board President may approve activities subject to approval by the Board at the next regular meeting.” Motion CARRIED 5 to 0
