The Human Resources Department would like to share with you the results of our recent study on district employee attrition/turnover rates. This report confirms that for the past 5 years PGUSD has a healthy balance of employee retention and turnover.  Retention statistics support positive employment satisfaction and some turnover in any industry is normal and supports growth and new ideas.
