SB 848 MANDATED REPORTER TRAINING FOR ALL SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS

 
In compliance with California Senate Bill 848, adult volunteers age 18 and over who may interact with students without direct supervision of a school employee are required to complete annual Mandated Reporter Training. Whether you have volunteered previously and been cleared by the district, or are brand new to PGUSD and interested in volunteering for the first time this school year, you can click on this link to get started.
 

LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING

 
The PGUSD Board of Education requires fingerprint clearance for ALL district volunteers. Fingerprinting is done at our District Office:
435 Hillcrest Avenue (Behind PG Middle School, next to their athletic field)

  • Fingerprints are processed by appointment only
  • Please allow 30 minutes for your appointment, due to the time involved, please do your best to have childcare scheduled during the time of your appointment.
  • Bring a valid photo ID.
  • The processing fee is $25.00 (cash only).
  • Complete the Emergency Form and TB Risk Assessment (a TB test is not required), and bring them to your appointment.
 

FIELD TRIP DRIVER

 
To be a field trip driver you must be fingerprinted, complete annual Mandated Reporter Training and complete and return the following forms:

If you are not driving and just going on the field trip, you must be fingerprinted, complete annual Mandated Reporter Training and fill out a Field Trip and Medical Authorization Form for an Adult.  Return the completed form to the Activity Coordinator.
