ParentVUE Tip Sheet

  1. Synergy recommends using the Google Chrome web browser when logging into ParentVUE.
  2. The Activation Key you receive to activate your ParentVUE account is only used once - at the time you activate your account. Afterward, you DO NOT need an activation key. Log into your ParentVUE account using your user ID and password only. 
  3. You must activate your ParentVUE web portal account before you can use the ParentVUE mobile app to access your child's records on your mobile device. 
  4. We strongly recommend that you use a computer or laptop (i.e not your phone or tablet), to complete Online Registration (OLR). 
  5. You should periodically clear your browser's cache to ensure that you are viewing the most current version of student information when using ParentVUE. Here's a quick video on how to clear the cache on a device: Clear Browser Cache
  6. ParentVUE account settings can be edited from the "Account" tab in ParetVUE.
