Registration
New Students to PGUSD
New student pre-registration for the 2020-2021 School Year

New Students Starting School in 2021-2022 School Yeear
New parents/guardians will receive notice that pre-registration for the 2020-21 school year has officially opened in Summer 2021. The primary parent/guardian contact (the one parent who is primarily responsible for communicating with and providing/receiving information to/from the school and/or district) will be given access to the Parent Portal where he/she will find the district's official online pre-registration form. When completing the pre-registration form, the primary parent/guardian is required to upload a copy of several important documents including the student’s birth certificate, current proof of residency, immunization records, etc.. Only one parent/guardian (the “primary contact“) will be responsible for completing and submitting the online registration form. Once the school office staff reviews and approves the pre-registration form and its contents, the student will be placed in their class(es) for the new school year.

Returning Students
Parents of returning students for the 2021-2022 school year must complete an online re-enrollment registration form which will be available starting in mid-April, 2021. As current parents/guardians, you should already have an active Parent Portal account. The primary parent/guardian contact (the one who is primarily responsible for communicating with and providing/receiving information to/from the school and/or district) will receive a notice that the official online re-enrolment forms for the 2021-22 school year are available on the Parent Portal starting in mid-May, 2020.
Note: Only one parent/guardian (the “primary contact“) will be responsible for completing and submitting the official online registration form. We ask that you finish your registration form in a timely manner. This will give the office staff time to process/approve your forms and contact you if there are any questions.
