Projects Plan

Projects Plan

The Projects Plan consists of projects that were identified by staff as “Priority” maintenance needs.  Projects were assessed by the Facilities Department and given a priority according to the system's remaining life.

2022-23 Reprioritization List, Measure D

After approval of the bond, the list was modified, combining system life expectancy, bond cash flow, and future replacement timing. The projects were given an anticipated start date.  This plan is intended as a guideline and allows for proper project planning.

Measure D, Series A-D Tracking List

The Districts most recent Facilities Master Plan (2007) was utilized to build the initial Measure D Prioritization List.  The Facilities Needs Assessment will be updated in 2024-25 to reflect current state of the District facilities, and further explore the educational programatic growth opportunities for our school sites.
