In addition to completing the employment packets the following MUST also be completed
1. Identity Verification (See I-9 form in the employment and application packets for the list of acceptable documents to bring to HR)
2. Mandated Reporter Certificate. You can receive your certificate via this online training link: http://educators.mandatedreporterca.com
3.2023 W 4 Form (complete and submit to HR)

All Employees, coaches and substitutes MUST have a Mandated Reporter Certificate completed within the last year (per California Assembly Bill 1432). Please be sure it is attached to your application packet or emailed to  either Kimberly Ortiz at kortiz@pgusd.org or Angela Lippert at alippert@pgusd.org
 
Paperless New Hire Employment Packets
If you have not taught in California and you are applying for a certificated position, you must also complete a Health Clearance form and submit it with your application packet.

Certificated Substitute Paperless Application Packet (for teaching positions, must have valid CA Credential)
