Substitute Teacher Information

Dear Substitute Applicant

CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE PAPERLESS APPLICATION PACKET (for substitute teaching, must have valid CA Credential) Paperless applications are the preferred method for applying. After your application packet is reviewed you will be contacted to make an in person appointment with the HR office.


Complete all of the forms below including the Mandated Reporter Training and bring to PGUSD district office if you choose not to complete the paperless application packet. When your paper application is completed, please call ahead to be sure we are in the office. 646-6537

We will need a copy of your Credential and CBEST results or equivalent or ACT or SAT qualifying scores. Your Driver’s License and Social Security Card will also be required.


When you have completed the paperwork return it to the Human Resource Office,
